If you have money in your paypal it will use it as default when you pay, if it doesnt just change it, its the last step to making a payment.

Well PBS what maybe happening is when you set Paypal up, they usually have 3 options.
CC/Debit, E-check and the back-up source, I.E another CC/Debit or bank account. If you try to use a bank acc, or e-check & it get's rejected then they'll automatically use the back-up/last resort CC option.
Also are you verified on your bank accounts? To verify them Paypal will deposit like $0.02 & $0.17 into your accounts listed, then you'll log onto the site & enter those amount to confirm your accounts are yours, & valid.
Now if you have money in there, you can have it sent your bank account & then use it normally. I'm not sure if that answered your question or not, but hopefully it did.
Also check paypal to make sure they didn't " limit access" to your account. They did this bullshyt to me & I had to prove my account wasn't tampered with, if thats what they did, you'll have to reverify your account info before they " unlock" your available payment methods....Vegeta

I SUGGEST USING A CREDIT CARD
If you don't and the guy screws you on your purchase then you're out of money.

I understand your problem now PBS. I really don't have an answer for you tho. Uusally their preferred method is to send the money to a bank account. If you have a friend you could I guess send it to them with that bs attached fee.
I just don't think they can " add it to your CC" they might can, but it'd be best if you just gave them a call & asked. Other than that I dunno what to tell you pimpin.:dunno: ....Vegeta

You can either transfer it to your bank account or request a check. They'll charge you $1.50 for a check, but transferring is free.
Or if you plan to do any transactions through PayPal [i.e. eBay], it'll automatically pull from your PayPal funds.

but its in my paypal account...
Paypal will not return your money back to you unless the other party still has the money in their account when you contacted paypal. 99% Of the ppl that scam ppl using paypal, will transfer all their fund from paypAL to their bank account.

same here man......every single payment I recieve, they think it is supicious, so they put my account on limited access....now they have over a grand of mines on hold.......i need to take legal action.....
but if you want to pay someone over paypal, ask for their paypal email address, then log in and click on send money...
