i think it was him that i talked to. does he work with you? well first the lady who answered didn't want to transfer me to anyone. then:

him: alex isn't available but i can help you.
me: hi, i was thinking of buying a home shortly and was wondering if you could answer a few questions for me?
him: sure
me: could you explain what rates are?
him: uhh.. well, they start at 3% and go from there
me: what does that depend on?
him: *annoyed voice* i'm going to transfer you to someone that can help you..
