Illegal immigrant pwned me (56k no no)

literally 2 miles from my house, some illegal in a van swerved to miss traffic and hit me instead, spinning me into another car (explorer to be exact)

van hit me on the right, hit the explorer on the left, snapped the left rear wheel off of my truck!

i woke up on the ground and got trucked off to the hospital... apparently i wasn't ejected from my truck, i got out on my own then collapsed) they took the driver of the van to jail..

no one was given tickets, i wasn't found at fault and best of all the cop ****ed up the accident report and refuses to change it... has me facing the wrong way in the drawing inbetween the van and explorer (this part is right)
and the written account says that i hit the van with the right front corner of my truck then the van hit the explorer (refer to pics, van, def hit me)

he missed his court date (he didnt have a license) so that pretty much means he has bailed. out of the state or back to mexico

Thats some bullsh!t man. I hit some illegals about 7 years ago. They didnt have licenses, insurance or anything to even begin to think they were legal and they ended up sueing the sh!t out of my insurance for the maximum coverage of somewhere around $400K. Its fuking bullsh!t how if they get hit, they get all the benifits, but if they hit someone then the just get to skate away. God damn this country is fuked up...

i think that if someone doesnt have a drivers license and they are involved in an accident like this... because technically they dont know how to operate a motor vehicle and they dont know the laws of this state

but now im out a 6 week old truck and i have to bust ass and buy a car tomorrow so i can make it to work

i've been off of work the last month because the wreck really ****ed up my back

i have to goto physical therapy later today.. i have 2 compressed discs and a bulged/bruised disc (that also has a knot on it the size of a quarter) in between c5 and c6. so im in massive amounts of pain. and my job just happens to include standing up all day on a concrete floor behind a parts counter.

but since no one was found at fault i cant sue anybody for damages, so i have to borrow money from my rent's for a truck and i havent been able to work to pay my bills..

Your insurance company must suck! I know for 100% they will pay for your car then go after the other insurance company.It doesnt matter if the toher guy didnt have a GA DL, his is still responsible for the accident, and the owner is then responsible for letting the guy borrow the van. Its called suborgation!

I see these claims all the time, since i own a insurance agency. Now if the cop put on the report you where at fault then thats a diffrent story!and why should that guy go too court then? he got a ticket for something else, probly driving with no DL. that has nothing to do with the accident since he didnt get a ticket for failure to yield or driving on wrong side of road.

Sonce the cop put on the report you where at fault and wont change the report then obviously you where at fault, and just want too blame some mexican. When ill take the cops word over both of yours, and so will your insurance companies!!

i was on the way to the dentist and got hit in bumper/bumper traffic by an illegal mexican rice-mobile at like 2mph. i pulled over and got out(he did not) to view the rear of my vehicle. no damage, no missing paint, no scratches, nothing. so i look at him and wave it off, get in my car, and continue on my merry way.

get a lawyer man. also post up a copy of the report just block out all the personal info. if the paperwork is wrong then there is no reason why you can't take someone to court.

but i did have a clear lane, he swerved at the last second after i was in the parking lot. when he spun he, my truck was no longer blocking the road, but the parking lot entrance

he took no witness statements, and never even talked to me

Oh snaps. Well you can tell the insurance you passed out at the scene therefore the cop never took a report on your. Im not sure and dont quote me on this I think the cop must have your statement too or else it will be invalid?

thats the thing, by law the have to take my statement, if not at the scene then at the hospital
of which they did neither, so technically i could sue the county for failure to follow procedure

oh, oh well, not in georgia anyway, haha. will be in april but thats a ways away. theres a police impound where im living now and they do auctions ever 3 or 4 months, they get some nice stuff there, last time i went just to see what stuff sold for and a near perfect 95 ex civic went for 450 or something. only thing wrong was the keys were missing, and thats not a problem
