If anyone can recommend a venue for a wedding (maybe you got married there or know someone that does), that would be awesome. Within about an hour or so of Buford, GA...it can be further if it is a retarded awesome place. Must be able to have the ceremony and reception there...currenly looking at Wolf Mountain and Flint Hill (I think).

The Sugar Hill Community Center was really a great place for the reception, and they allow you to decorate however you would like. It's not the largest place, I think we had a little over 120 people attend, and we were comfortable. Full kitchen for the caterer, and a huge fireplace. The gazebo across the street was great for the ceremony. We had a pretty strict budget, and they accomodated it very well.

Mine was at Villa Christina off of Asford Dunwoody on 285...had it outside and the reception upstairs. Very beautiful place and relatively cheap. I dont have any pics on this comp tho sorry

Christy's cousin got married at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens in their rose garden I believe. It was a very nice, very beautiful wedding. I believe the wedding cost with food, the reception hall, photographers was in the $25k range.

I got married in Destin Fla. $1200 for a beach wedding and all we had to do was show up.

We are getting married at a community center/pavillion in downtown Woodstock :) I looked everywhere for the right place.Flint Hill is nice and I love Choata Falls too. You can find venues at www.theknot.com or just google search. There are tons of places around that area! Good luck :)
