Well on the way home from the V meet I ran into a issue with my front brakes.
I live about 80+miles from the v and it was fine untill about a mile from my house. I went to slow down coming into town and the car felt like a put the brakes on and the nose went down. all I did was push the clutch in and throw it in nutral. Well I turned onto my road and the car came to a stop on its own. I put it in 1st and tryed to drive and the brakes where on and the brake pedel was hard and wouldn't move. I forsed it to move and drove vary slow home and when I pulled into my garage the brakes where smoking and vary vary hot(not red hot but close)

It was almost 1 so I just said I'll deal with it in the morning. Next day I start the car and the pedel it fine and the car rides good. The brakes feel fine and I drove it around town for an hour with no problems.

anyone have any idea what is going on?
O yea checked the brake fluid and is full, just bleed them a few months ago.

thanks

wow u live sooo far.. but i've came across that problem with my sister's non ABS 95 accord. i was just driving and felt like the brakes were locking up because it was gripping and i gave it more gas. once i stopped it was smoking like fuuck! Have you ever adjusted your brake pedal...ever? well i never could've figured out why that happened but i asked a friend to readjust the brake pedal. u know how the brake pedal can be adjust so u wont have to press down so far to stop... well from then on.. it's fine lol. well someone help him.
