My evo vs. stage 2 srt4 w.toys and srt4 with 50 trim

My mods just basic bpu cams and stuff like that i have nitrous but wasnt using it that night

My first race was against the stage 2 with toys and i pulled him bye about 5 cars i let out at about 110 and we did a 40 roll

The second race was me agaist the 50trim srt4 we also did a 40 roll i pulled about 3 cars on him and by 115 he was on my back bumper. But the guy got mad because i let out at 115-118. I think that this was a good race but he dosent because i didnt go up to 140 or so but that would be pointless in an awd car. What do you think is it fair that i did a 40 to 115 roll? I mean im a stockish turbo evo8 anything above 120 im not as quick so. I think that me going up to 140 or 150 would be like me asking him to go from a stop:yes:

stg2 is a waste i got a friend with half the $ in his car and he pulls stg2 with toy's by about 3-4 car easy and that is being untuned:yes: and his srt4 has just bolt on's and up the boost.

So you jumped out 3 cars, he pulled back 2 cars and still pulling, you see he is gonna pass you so you shut down. And your excuss is "my car is slow top end, so I will quit while I am ahead". I think I would be mad to if I was rhe other guy

so you fairly beat the stage 2, but the 50 trim srt must have been much faster than you car, the way he was pullin back and gonna pass you, so i wouldnt consider the 2nd run a real win

Yup. Letting out while you're ahead is a gay move.

Even letting out as you're getting passed is lame to me. If you're going to run a set race, run the race. Don't let out because you're getting walked.

I guess people have a different view on it but if you're going to run a set race to certain speeds, stick to the run.

1st- both people should have agreed to a mph to quit. 120, 140, 240, whatever.

2nd- that 50 trim should have put bus lenghs on u, his car sucks or the driver sucks. i know both evos and neons very well and something aint right there.

If you don't want to race unless it's to your terms, then don't. No one is forcing you to. When you agree to a speed, then stick to it.

fare race for both cars is 40-120 in my eyes. evo 8s die after 120 and srts get no traction under 40. 40-120 is a good race for thoose 2 cars in my eyes

yeah 12.3 is slow on pump gas and no nitrous

i mean its not really fast but o well had the car for 6 or 7 months and only spent 1100 dollars on mods

ps if they are running over 115 they are most likely big turbo,nitrous,or meth none of those i was using:goodjob:

then the SRT driver wasnt the brightest crayon in the box. when i had my SRT and i ran evos(which i did alot) i allways tried to get a 40-140 cause i knew 8s die off top end and the srt pulled hard as fuc in 4th and 5th gear.

most stock turbo evos on here still run to 140...without meth/spray/big turbo

trap speeds also tell u how much power ur car has. 99% of the time a car that traps 120 will walk a car that traps 110 on the highway.

my evo makes about 347hp @ 21psi and about 405hp on nitrous i still have stock intake,intercooler piping,intercooler,intectors, and evo8 turbo

I trapped 116.8 on 9psi(s/c) at best. Raced a 405awhp evo and he barely got over half a car on me front the start. We went from 45-120 and at 120 i was closing the gap. The vortech seems to pull better at higher speeds due to having to make boost with rpms.

Well i was comparing that to your car against a 50 trim srt4 cause untuned he should of put some good car's on u.I just don't see how he was still behind u even at 115. btw good kill on the srt4:goodjob:

i talked to him today he said that he made 379 and he is super afc tuned


it was a fast car im not gonna lie i want to race him at the track. Him on some slicks and me on race gas and nitrous

Also im tryin to get the video up of my buddy in his evo9 same mods as me racin the same srt4 tonight the srt4 got killed a couple of cars at 120 and he let out

Did you guys agree to a speed? If not, you're gonna get nothing but an argument afterwards. Also, you come in here and ask everyone what their opinion is....then when they say what you don't want to hear, you get all defensive. Thirdly, ET's mean jack feces about how fast your car is. That is more or less how well your car hooks and gets going. The MPH is what tells how fast you are gonna be from a roll.

Quit being a freakin' ricer. If you had all this nitrous and race gas tune and blah blah blah......then it's your fault for not using it to have a clear victory.

it was a 35 shot @ 20 psi i think its good 12.4 isnt bad with your car either i would like to run at sdr i only get to commerce i herd that sdr is faster. I tuned the car myself so i think if i put it on dyno and custom tuned it i would make better hp.
