HID QUESITON.

i am going to buy a HID kit From nitro within the next couple of weeks. i was wondering if anybody would mind meeting up with me so i can look at thier HID's to decide on which one i want to go with i am looking at either the 6000k or the 8000k. thanks guys

I went with 10k, although I've told nitro that they actually look like 8k, they still look very damn good. Im not sure if he's still selling the really dark blue ones, does look nice, but are way to blue for my taste. They also attract un-wanted attention from the cops.

good points. i was just wanting to get to see them inperson side by side so i could make my final call. and yeah i really don't want BLUE BLUE ones i was leaning more towards 6 cause they simulate the closest to day light and still look a little true whiter or whatever lol

Good choice on the 6000k's, anything over that just look awful and the light output suffers greatly. Of course if you got a higher wattage kit, you could probably swing 8000k's, but they'd still be too blue, imo.

4300k is the best for visibility. 6000k if you want more color.

nah 6k isn't purple 12k is purple... reason i know that is cause originally i wanted pruple then changed my mined. i knew what all the colors where i was just wondering on peoples opinion. eh hell if it doesn't go good i'll just sell them for 200 bucks to some messican and by another set lol :D

I got 8000k, the light is very blue and i can't see that good in the rain.... I have projectors designed for halogens so the light output is crappy but better than the bulbs that came with them, Plus i still have my high beams

I'm getting 3000k's soon, but I'm contemplating weather I want to take out my cutoffs like my buddy. I don't think that I'm that big of an ass hole though.
