Question:

Would you rather pay lower prices for an item at a place that is absolute hell to deal with, or are you willing to pay a little more and purchase the item from a place with excellent customer service?

in all honesty i believe people should take more pride in their jobs. whether you are a NASA scientist or a burger cook at Bubby Joe's Burger Shack. the thing with people now days is they are lazy and just do what they have to to get by. thats why customer service is so ****ty now days.

I know the difference between both, when I got my Nordstrom card, the difference is ridiculous. Another reason I love going to the Lexus dealer.

I'll gladly pay for more service.

depending on how much it is... like if service sucks at a quickie mart, but they have this pack of gum for $1.35... and at qt they had the same pack of gum for $1.50, i'd go to qt. but if qt had that same pack of gum for $5.75, then hell no, ill go buy it from the quickie mart! lol.

same thing applies to more expensive items as well. i dont mind paying a little extra for good service and quality product.

It Really Depends On The Type Of Good/Service... If It's Something Trivial Then I Might As Well Pay Less But Something of Importance I Don't Mind Spending Extra To Get Better Quality & Better Service.

i think it would all depend on how ****ty the service was. if it was like the person scans your item and then just looks at you like your stupid and dosent bag your items then i would pay more. but if they bagged the items and looked at you stupid then i would pay less. it all depends.
