has anyone come up with a resolution for the new year yet? furthermore... i ask:

do you think nyr's are simply there to make ppl feel better about gorging during the holidays or do you actually try to keep to them? and i mean REAL resolutions, not the bandwagon resolutions like stop smoking, make more money, lose weight, etc etc.

name some real resolutions you think you can actually stick to.

no new years resolutions are promises you make to year self to also change from what youve done in the past, and the way you lived. By changing that over the next year, there others will follow in line. Gotta start at step 1 before getting to 5.
