Ruger P89
Polish AK47
Ruger 10/22
Remington 1100 12 ga.
Remington 1100 16 ga.
Remington 1100 20 ga.

I've sold most of my guns in the last year.... At this point I'm saving my money, and in about a year I'm going to start putting together the ultimate collection.

I plan to get:
1- Arsenal AK47 (milled receiver)
1- AR10 .308
1- FNH PS90
1- HK model 91 replice (real thing is too expensive!!!)
2- Para ord 1911 hicap models
1- Remington 700 in .338 remington ultra mag

All together it will cost me about $4000, and I will also have to buy a new safe to put them in. Hopefully I will have the money saved up by next Xmas.

81911SC, that's a nice AK. I would like to see some more pics, however. It appears to have a stamped receiver. If it is the Chinese Mac-90 as you say, it's your basic, cheap AK-47 made for mass production.

I had a .40 cal Mini Firestorm, bought new and it was awesome for about 5-6 months of regular shooting at a local range. Accuracy was freakin insane! Was able to get 5-6" groupings at 33 feet, not too shabby for a personal carry automatic. Then the slide pin chipped and ****ed up the entire slide mechanism. Inquired about warranty with them but never got a response back. I read great things about them, but I cant recommend them just from this one experience. This was about 5 years ago, though, so maybe they have changed.

I plan on spending around $800 or so. I paid around that for my AR15 and I've looked at AKs at a couple gun shops and you can get them for around that or way cheaper so I think that's a good price point to look around.

I only have a 1911 Springfield right now, but I have had XD's (9 and 40) and some Glocks.

I'm going to buy a P22 and P99 (probably at the same time) next, then go for my own AR15 and save for an MP5 once I have my form 4 signed off and stamp paid.

Home defense will soon consist of a Glock 19 with Glock 18 Magazines piled next to it.

My current carry is an Smith&Wesson SW99. Fits great in my hand, 16+1 rds, very accurate, and low recoil.

I'd like an H&K P30 or Sig P250 for my next carry.

Here ya go, I'll post it here for everyone to see.
Now I'm not a big book reader at all but these are all good reads.
1. Marine Sniper By:Charles Henderson
The Story of the Marine legend Sgt. Carlos Hatcock II and his 93 confirmed kills during Vietnam. This book will draw you in.
2. Silent Warrior By:Charles Henderson. Kind of a part two to the story, Some retelling with more details and a deeper look at THE MAN after the war.
3.Shooter, By: Stephen Hunter. I know the movie was OK but the book is 100 x better. Way more details and much better story/plot involving his father. Its kind of funny but they use Hathcock's name and life a few times in the book but He is called Carl Hitchcock. lol. You can get these at the library or Barns and Noble.

How do you like that DPMS/Panther AR? I've been looking at one of their lowers to build my own rifle. I've heard good things, but the prices on them are almost too good to be true. Does it feel cheap, rattle when it shouldn't, etc.?

i've had really good luck with it so far. i bought it from a friend who had assembled it on his own and it had a little issue with the firing pin at first, but after taking it to a gunsmith for a quick re-assemble, it's been perfect. everything feels quite solid on it, the reliability has been good, and like you said, the prices are also amazing.
