I posted this because this model Celica doesn't get that much love and I think the fab work is pretty good.

It got a GT 35/42 ball bearing turbo
pushing 30lbs of boost
motec m4 pro
putting down 650 bhp

It's not a big V8. It's actually a 281 small block. Trust me... I don't need big things to make me feel better. It's all JOHNSON on this side! :goodjob:

I do like when they put the staggered rims on it even though its FWD. still looks nice.

not celica hate. Just, theres nothing special about them except u can buy 'em riced out from the dealer. They have no performance model from the factory, they arent fast, dont handle at all.

Maybe if they put a nice lil turbo on it or s/c like they did with the new Scions it'd be pretty kool factory car.

GT4s were damn good cars from factory

once u swap in a 4a or 3s motor they have huge after market...and my celica handles pretty good,but it is the only fwd car ive ever driven....

these cars are just as good as any car in its class

WHAT! gts was the special peformance model that made 180hp from the 1.8 with a 8200rev limit! compared to the 140hp in the base model. It was almost equal to the TypeR...as far as handling. And it outhandled the gsr in the reviews.
