Tint is so CHEAP to get done, for the life of me I don't understand why you wouldnt have a professional do it.

Do you see the peeps driving down the road w/ purple ass tint? That would be DIY tint and it looks like ass. Go pay the 140$ to have a professional do it but don't take it to Riverdale

I know it is so cheap to get those pre-cut window tint. I tried it before, and I think i must be the only idiot in the world who screw it up. Go with the professional if you have around $100.

purple window tint isn't the cheap stuff necessarily...it could be due to the fact thats the tint is older, and you CANNOT use any window cleaner containing ammonia unless you have " metallic " window tint, ammonia is what literally pulls the color out of the tint giving it that purple look.

DIY tint is like every other thing we do to our cars. You either have the time and patience to do it yourself or you pay somebody for the convience. :goodjob:

judging from what ive seen its not complicated at all to tint your own windows, precut, or just using a big roll of tint. just takes patients

at the detailing shop i used to work at , we also tinted windows . we had a machine that we just typed in make , model extra , and it cut us out exactly what we needed . that always went smoothly as long as we took our time . so if its only like 20-40 bucks i would say go ahead and try it , you never know it could be worth it .
