Hey,
Have any of you guys ever seen aftermarket CRX tail lights that are not rice-o-rony?

I'm looking for something that looks diferent, but everything I've found thus far looks like absolute $h!t. Round circles all over the back of the car :umno:

Any ideas? THanks in advance

I honestly haven't seen any CRX taillight that isn't rice'd out, but I have seen someone use NSX taillights on a Rex. That was pretty nice :goodjob:

The only non-rice is if you can find the total-clears or you tint your own. For a while, I considered Supra tail lights...but...just stick to stock, bro.

All aftermarket CRX tail lights are rice.

The CRX w/ NSX tail lights is unique though; it flows well.

yeah but have you checked the price on nsx tails???? lol and then the work that would be needed to fit them in but if you had the cash its def the best tail light conversion that not alot of ppl have.

ben the supra tails are played out lol i remember seeing so many tegs with them omg the all clear ones are pretty dumb imo as well i would just do maybe the all red ones or just tint yours, cant go wrong with JDM or be rare and get the candian ones

LoL, when I was looking at supra tails, they weren't quite as popular as they are now...there's a reason I lost the interest in them...

Just tint them. Kevin's are smoke and Jeff is tinting all the amber to red.

I had thought about tinting mine all red. If I do it, I'll take pics. But first, that cheap teggy lip.

I bought a set of the completely clear tail lights, and sprayed the tails with 6 coats of candy apple red, with a little (and I mean little) flake thrown in. 'Course that was 7 years ago, but if you can find clears... I've never seen another set like'em.
Sorry for the quality... They are pictures of my old pictures lol.

:Di have the total-clears on my rex. love em. left them like that for 2 weeks and got pulled over 3 times. it looked soooo hot though. talked my way out of all 3 tickets, then decided not to push my luck....

i put colored caps over the bulbs to make it legal, but left my turn signals clear.

keeps a stock look but with a little flavor, but no "euro-tails" crap...

CRxChic, where the HELL have you been? Never heard from you about the Holiday meet...

As for those rear clears...they are legal and legit as long as the "bulb illuminates red/amber" according to Georgia code. :goodjob: don't ask me why I know the laws so well...

yeah i was informed of that 3 times....lol, finally got them "up to code". but you can still see they are colored through the plastic. but i love em'

ive been running around like no other!!! i came back for 10 days, a few days before christmas, and we just drove back down yesterday. i was soooooo busy with the holidays, shopping, hanging out with my cousins, and a bunch of other CRAP. plus i was my grandmothers designated shoffer (however the hell you spell it) for the duration of her stay. lets just say i'm glad ITS OVER.

i'll be back for good at the end of Jan. YAY. i really missed ATL, ummm, not the cold though.... i swear i will come and hang out at a meet. ive been looking forward to it, its just that i'm almost never in town. :(
