****ing a he's the most shaddiest home builder ever. He did the most shoddiest work ever. The house cost 867,000 but dude this feels like a 100,000 house. Parts of the house is cracking and breaking, this house doesnt feel sturdyor solid at all and poorly developed landscape. I swear I rather be in my one story house in Cali where that actually felt solid and damn comfortable. BAH...oh well next year the parent's are moving to Sugarloaf to some odd big house. That house feels like it wants to eat me. Well at least the Lude has a garage space. 5 CAR GARAGE FTW!!!!!!!

you didnt get a builder warranty or anything? You'll need to hire a home inspector and structural engineer to look over the house and see how corners were cut(been here and done this before so trust me on what I tell you). Then get yourself a lawyer if you have a good case.

**** happened when we lived in smoke rise golf and country club in stone mtn(when it was non ghetto)...in 1992 my rents paid 600,000 for the house, but the builder didnt tell us he was going bankrupt...my rents didnt pay him the last 200k, he tried to sue us but he lost, my rents ended up contracting out the rest of the house.

the first 2 are my closet doorway. Notice the top part is barely a centimeter but when you get lower its get larger. The 2 left are the window moulding. It's splintered to the left. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Ya I might hire an engineer and an inspector to check it out.

They build houses way to fast. We have a RYLAND house and it had a couple of defects that had to get fixed.

I think your frame is offset causing to weigh on unnecessary places, causing cracks. When I used to do contracts we used to come across many high end homes built with a ****ed up frame.

I hate to say this but your house actually might be sinking those are clasic signs especially the doors. Call a Home Inspector IMMEDIATELY. You got any doors that are a PITA to open and close? when I say that i mean like the doors appear to be hung crooked inside the frame.
pure insanity

^most ignorant statement I have read in 24 hours. Just because he has the money to buy a house like that makes him different from any other customer in any other situation. He said it cost him 800k to have the house built implying it was custom making it all the more important that he get his specs satisfied. And If it doesnt matter if you pay 100k or 100 million for a house i would hope that it would look a lot better than that after two years -reps for joo
