I would sue too. They are using his name to make money and not giving him a cut of the profits, thats ****ed up.

He was always cool with the chuck norris facts, but when someone makes a book about it to profit off of it, wouldn't you be mad if you were in his shoes?

I can see both sides, but I think he could of gone about it differently than a law suit. I was under the impression he enjoyed that stuff, espcially with that Mtn Dew commercial. Plus it put his name back into the spotlight, probably more so than ever before...
