My wife's brother owns a 92 Civic 4dr DX. It has a D15 in it, but was using alot of oil and he eventually ran in to low and f'd it up. Now im trying to find him a new/used motor rebuilt w/ less miles one it. I've come across a few D16s & D15s out of EFs, but are Obd0 not obd1. I was wondering if the I could use one of these and just swap the distributor and intake manifolds from his old motor? Is there some thing else?? Thanks

You can do that, but you will also need to switch out some sensors and or plugs.

yeah you can do it. but you might also want to consider the fact that eg's use hydraulic tranny's while the ef's are cable.

you can do it, just use all the OBD1 stuff on the OBD0 motor.

Problem is though that most OBD0 motors have HIGH MILEAGE. Yuo can get a D15B VTEC Motor for $550 from Nadauto.com
