so at my job we get yearly raises , and so far i've gotten 2 , i will have been there for two yrs in march , i started at $13 on 3rd shift , well a few months ago they dissolved third shift into second shift , i lost my $.50 shift differential , well today i just got my raise and it was a lousy ****in , $.40 :cry:, so all in all , i am makin $12.90 an hr , how the Fuck am i makin less (after workin for this sh!t a$$ company for two yrs)) than when i started?:thinking:, and b4 anyone posts this , yes i am gettin:idb: , :no:cool , end rant

I make $7.25 and have to put up with my boss' constant PMS all the damn time. He's such a tool.

I dont think he is whining about the $12.90. I think it is the fact he has worked hard for 2 years, lost $.50 a while back and when annual raises came around, they did not even have the decency to get him back up where he was before.

I think it is the fact he has worked hard for 2 years, lost $.50 a while back and when annual raises came around, they did not even have the decency to get him back up where he was before.you hit it right on the nose , i work in a steel warehouse , i operate a 10 ton overhead crane , not hiring at the moment , we are actually fixin to cut back for a few months

you better cross your fingers and pray. i didn't think i would of got cut when i worked at hayes. but the damn messican 1st shift supervisor got me out the door quick as ****.

but then again, ur not working third shift anymore which is why u used to get paid more
