xbox live, anyone ever been suspended?

ok my xbox broke this week (3 red lights) so im sending my xbox to get fixed. In the mean time i get this email.

This email is to notify you that your Xbox Live account privileges have been suspended due to feedback received from other Xbox Live users about your inappropriate content on the service. Additionally, Xbox Live has deleted the content in question.



You have been sent a message in the Xbox Live Dashboard notifying you when your suspension will end. During this suspension time, you will not be able to log into Xbox Live. Your Xbox Live privileges will be automatically reinstated at the end of your suspension period. The length of a suspension is not announced by Xbox Customer Support and is subject to change without prior notice by Xbox Live.

has anyone gotten this before? how long was your suspension for. I do talk a lot of **** when playing cod4 but this pisses me off. Hopefully its only for a few days or something, i cant even check how long since i cant turn on my xbox:2up:microsoft
i was gonna buy another 360 tomorrow since i cant wait an entire month to get my xbox back lol but now im not sure what to do, i would make a new account but i just payed for the three month card a week ago

lmao i just realized my profile says "America F@@k Yeah" lmao , i just read on a forum that its like a 1-3 day suspension or something. Hopefully it'll be over when i buy my new xbox:lmfao:

nope, never been suspended or nothin to that matter...i leave a lot of feedback to little kids who do talk **** tho, esp. if they shouldnt even have the game. Hopefully it works >.<

Only took me a little over two weeks. My buddie told me if you call to get status every day they push it through, he is on his 6th 360. That is what I did and mine got back to me in like 16 days.
