My new car!!

FINALLY. So i had a saturn and it was the biggest piece of ****. I threw a rod throw the block and decided to just get a new car. I wanted to get an import and get back in the scence but i found this steal instead.

Its a 03 Ford Escape XLT. Its a 2x4, 3.0 V6. I dont have the car yet it is sitting at my dads shop, pending the title (it was one of his old company cars) Because of that i got it for a steal 3.5k.

Just wondering if anyone has had one and thier feedback on the car.

Im thinkin about lowering and maybe putting some 17 or 18s on it. what do you guys think?

yeah my bad. i kinda drift off sometimes. ADD.

I was planning on getting a clean as hatch or 240 but decided i needed something more reliable. lol not that honda or nissan arent reliable but i know this car is immaculate and has been taken care of very well.

doubt it company car usually means high miles... my dad uses one of these as one of his company cars and i think it's nice. surprised me in power and gas economy a great dd. we towed a trailer to the florida keys with no problems what so ever. i hate the seats thought but yours might be different

Yeah it has high miles, all highway. It has been maintained my ford and there has not been any problems.

Congrats on the purchase, if you like it then that's all that matters. Most of the people talking **** in here have POS Hondas, and couldnt afford anythign else.

the ford escape 3.0 is the DOHC 24 valve, similar to the engines in the SVT contour but .5 more liters. If you search hard enough there is a company that makes a super charger kit for the Ford Escape.
