I already said why.

Simply because her lack of privacy? I think her earnings more than compensate for that. Let's not forget the fact that her recent status as a total wreck and attempt at somewhat of a comeback put her in the spotlight more than ever. Want to be famous? Want to make millions from being famous? Expect no privacy.

I didn't get into the presidential debate over why I feel sorry for her. I could....but I don't feel like it right now :)

That's reallly easy to say when you don't have photographer's hounding your every single move, tabloids taking everything you say or do and making you look like a schmuck and no matter how much you try nothing goes right.

Way to high horse it there Lone Ranger.

eh... I didn't think she was really that talented to begin with...

IMHO Aguleria is not only hotter, but a superior singer from a vocal standpoint.

Not serious to me at all. I just don't think there's any reason to feel sorry for someone like her not having the privacy of your average person.

Always loved the song, but the vid. is a bit cheap to me. The best part is the end when she's dancing. I think she should have done more dancing or something like she used to, to do, be like "bam!! I'm back". Still waiting for that tho.

TRUTH.

But she looks ok... I mean, it's cool that she's back doing the music thing and has a new album out. I say that because I know that with a musician of any kind, their happy place is when they are performing. If you really love singing, then you really love singing, and you should do what you love. So it's good to see that maybe she's using her studio time and album to get her thoughts in line. You hear a lot of musicians talking about new albums being almost therapeutic for them, letting them get some emotions out and everything. Everyone in this world deserves that, so good for Britney for doing that and, it seems, stopping the downwards spiral she was on. I don't really follow celeb drama that much, but for a while it was a daily new ****up for her... always something. Haven't heard much lately, so maybe the new album drop is just what she needed to get her ducks in a row. And I can respect her for that.

You said if you want to be famous, this is the price you pay. I was just thinking yesterday how I would love to be a driver without the fame. The unfortunate part is that certain people can't have a love for certain things without becoming famous. We all know how I love to use my experiences as examples.....Do you think that when Dan and I opened a shop that we knew that I would get recognized at the Waffle House of 4 am while I was drunk and just left the club? Do you think that we ever thought that becoming drivers meant that we had to push ourselves into the spotlight to make it? Well we didn't. The simple fact is that we tried to make it just by being good drivers and having love for the sport (drag racing and drifting), but until we made sure we got media attention....we weren't making it. Somehow TV and magazines change all of that.

Some people have a love for entertaining and because of our nosey asses we can't let Britney go to Starbucks without a paparazzi fest...simply because she is a singer??? We can't let her make any mistakes...simply because she is a singer??? We can't not by the enquirer...simply because she is a singer??? Oh wait, I forgot...she is also rich. Everything that all of us want to be. We want to know that she makes mistakes and that she sucks...because she has millions of more dollars than us....and she deserves to be stalked because that "is the price she should pay for being rich."

You know it wasn't always like this. People used to be able to have careers and keep their business to themselves...not anymore. There has been a other entire industry formed over our noseyness....called paparazzi.

The world is full of stupid people that like to bother, interrupt, take pictures of, and live through the lives of others that are more successful than them and in the public eye. Those that strive for great success in what they do should realize what that success brings. In some careers it brings nothing but the benefits of doing well. However, if you do something the public has an interest in...and your goal is to be great; you should expect that if you do well one day you will be recognized. I'm not saying anyone deserves to have their privacy invaded, be stalked, etc. I'm just saying once you reach that level of fame, expect it and deal with it. No reason for anyone to feel sorry.

Me? I couldn't care less if I saw Britney or anyone else walking down the street, at a restaurant, etc. I'd leave them alone and go about my day.

You might be able to handle it better, who knows. But you aren't famous, haven't been in showbusiness since you were a child and have no clue how it is or what it does to people other than seeing the bad side of it.

But put you in her situation, you think money will wipe it out? I'm sure money will make it easier for about a month until EVERY one of your friends bugs you for cash, cameramen won't get out of your face, let you drive away or just plain bust up every single thing that you try to do and screw with you until you hit one of them, then they sue you for millions. Shall I go on? If you went out to meet some friends and get a drink, then got photographed and pasted all over the tabloids as a boozer and womanizer which aided the people out to get you in taking your house, car or kids, I think you would feel differently. It ain't all about the money there short sight.

All you have to do is watch TV any day, any time. There is always a story of some celeb going off the deep end. It's because crap flies at you from every single angle and it's all aimed to seperate you from the money that you would be using to wipe away your tears. Wanna change that? Take the money and leave, but then the money stops because royalties only go so far on a celeb that loses popularity and then your spending catches up and you are broke.

Rock and a hard place. Do I feel sorry for her? Not really, she made her bed, lie in it. Do I feel that there are WAY more pressures on her than I think that are on myself and you, hell yes. You opinion is your opinion, but at least be informed about what you are saying. It helps.

I'm sure she realizes what success brings. Everyone goes through hard times in their life. Not everyone has the entire world recording how they handle things. That's all I am saying. It's easy for some to sit here and judge. I'm just not that kind of person. I try to keep an open mind and put myself in others shoes.

Glides, short and sweet - I'm not saying money fixes everything. Just simply saying I don't feel sorry for a nut with all kinds of issues, even if she is one of the most famous women in the world...and I'd be willing to argue about there being more pressure on her than the average hard working citizen trying to pay their mortgage and have a nice life.

Tammy, I completely understand what you're saying and somewhat agree. I'm just not as nice as you, I think that ***** is crazy. :D

Surprise, surprise - Lynne Spears has put her parenting book on hold. I wonder if it has anything to do with her crazy older daughter or her pregnant 16yr old?
