Glexia is in constant contact with Moot and other 4chan executives and we are working both with them and the FBI to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

The main page was redirected to the goon forums for a while, but you could go to the boards directly. So while you people have been whining about 4chan being down, I've been posting.

Apparently Teh-goonz did it "for teh lulz". If you've visited 4chan in the past few days PLEASE erase your cookies (at theast the ones pertaining) or else your identity will shortly become theirs.

No, that is not true. The goons did not do it, another site - http://diditforthelulz.com/ - managed to guess Moot's (the owner of 4chan) password to the site's host and simply rerouted 4chan.org to the goon forums, who had nothing to do with it.

Thanks. I heard on another board talk of someone doing it "for teh lulz" so I automatically suspected g00nz for doing it. Oh well; thanks for stopping me from looking like a dumbass before it was too late.
