I was wondering if anyone on here has dealt with Mr. Donovan in Traffic cases as a solicitor. I believe he is the only solicitor for the city of Marietta. I am just intrigued as far as how lenient he is with reductions and such. I would appreciate any feedback. I would appreciate it if any comments that don't pertain to my question were left out. Thanks.
