Someone tried to convince me that the Integra came from the factory with a v6. I didn't think that was ever true. Is there any thread of truth? Is there a version one year here or overseas with a v6? It's been bothering me. lol

I wanna see this NSX teg too. I was told that a v6 came in a teg from someone who worked at autozone. They had it sitting in there ready to be picked up by their "integra" owner. Somebody was confused, thats for sure.

The easiest way to answer this question is to glance at the Wikipedia page for the Integra. Considering the popularity of Hondas, if there was even a significant rumor of a V6 Integra it would probably be there. It's not.

Some Google-fu for various permutations of V6 Integra didn't give any results either. There's a few V6 Acuras out there, but there wasn't any version of the Integra with a V6. I want to know what Autozone you went to where this guy was working, because I don't think I wanna shop there (and I love Autozone.)

I can't remember which one. The guys name was Henry. Apparently he goes to auctions and has a buisness license. He said that he'd hook me up with any car that I might be looking to buy from auction and he throws on a $150 flat charge. Obviously he doesn't know what he's talking about. But if I know what I'm talking about I could take advantage of his proposition and get something worth while. Anybody know anything about auctions?

The legend came with a V6, but the vigor only had the 2.5L SOHC I-5 here in the states, which was the basis for the S2000 concept car, which had a DOHC head on it. Honda should've put that motor into the S2000 from the get go, or atleast made it an option.

They didn't use the I5 because it would have put the front of the block too far forward for the Front-Midship design they were hoping for. They decided that balance was more important in a roadster than torque. And I agree.:goodjob:

I tired looking for it, it was in the Super Streets Mag... I read all about it and was thinking about doing a k23 swap in my dc... but no one has gotten their hands on the motor otherthan rebuilders...
