I recently purchased a NRG Front Under Carriage Brace for my EG. I purchsed it through AUTODREAMS for a really good deal. Its pretty inexpensive when compared to the other ones on the market that can cost as much as $200.

I dont know how it will stand up to my 2.0l Motor abuse , im for now rocking the 90hp CX motor until my built motor is completed. heres pics

Its easiest if you have access to a lift or rack cause you have to drop the LCAs bolts.

If you buy three braces, NRG throws in a set of TODA ITB's  Just kidding, this is another car we are working on at the shop.

First impressions are great. the car tightened up alot from what i can tell. It feels more planted on the road, and it seems to body roll and fles less i nthe corners. All this with a whopping CX motor! i wonder what it will feel like when i get my 2.0l in........

Big thanks to Auto Dreams for hooking me up. Be sure to contact them if you are interested. they make them for EGs and DC2 chassis's

I'm the exact opposite of you... i have my 2.0L ls/vtec, but my brace isn't here yet... I'll let you know how it goes. ;)

...what are you talking about... (me and Mr. Kid both have hatchypoos)

BTW, two HUGE thumbs up for this brace! I got mine on Tuesday and it's one damn fine piece of artwork. The welds are consistent, and very nicely constructed. The install went without a hitch... but the "testing" resulted in a sheared pressure plate. :(

not so much with civics... to cure wheel hop with high horsepower FWD cars one usually gets traction bars which are designed absorb wheel hop better than shock absorbers.
