good job on the weight...i was 325 and am now 168..don't expect that six pack unless you got cash to shell out for the abdominoplasty though, because if you're unlucky like me, all that stretched skin from being fat will still be there..

?? there's nothing you can do for stretched out skin aside from having it cut off from my knowledge...i'm 6'2 at 168, so i'm pretty slim...pretty hard stomach, but flab covers my abs...
good job on the weight loss but i hope u never planned to wear those in the first place lol

I have a personal trainer so I got it covered:goodjob: btw, EVERYBODY body is different! NEVER EVER think your body and the next mans body will react the same just b/c you both do the same exercises(spelling) etc etc. I encorage you to keep trying and change up your work out and diet:goodjob:
