my plans for the car is to make it my track/DD/weekend worrior. so there for it's not going to have interior, A/C, MAYBE heat if i can find some. full 6 point cage compliments of my friend cory A.K.A spoon 91

i have an LS/VTEC wit GSR head at work that im currently building for it. at this point and time im just going to primer it flat black untill i feel the need for a color change.

I thought primer would be easy upkeep. I've been MADLY mistaken, and I regret it to this day...I can't wait til the new hatch is sprayed so I don't have to deal with the ****, anymore...

ok everyone since i have been w/o a car for a week and didnt go anywhere today i figured i work on the hatch all day. so i got up around 9:15 and start to work on the car around 9:45, the first thing i did was put on the integra mirrors i got from cory. i had to notch 2 of the wholes in order for th mirror to bolt on. but they came out great and look good on the car. i also sanded both halfs of the car, except for the center. i had to sand some runs in the paint from the previous owner. i then painted majority of the driverside, front bumper, and bumper filler. this took me all the way up till about 5:30 to do, so it was a long day. i was planning on working on the car tomarrow but im going to cory's to chill for a little bit and ill get back on the car next weekend.



dont make fun of the bumper i know it's lopsided but it's not bolted all the way down cuz i need to take it off for somemore painting.

oh and a special thanx to the litlle kids on my block that helped me sand the car, they did a pretty good job i must say:goodjob:

BUY A PALM SANDER!!!! it will save you so much time and that looks like cory's old spoon front bumper !!!! damn you lol looks like the hatch is coming along nicely you really did pic the best car to start out on is a great shell. Its gonna be hella nice too when you paint it since ther is nothing in it. I would hit up spray glo in duluth i just got a quote on my hatch and it was 600 so i know it wont be super expensive to get it painted when your ready

hellomynameiscarlos is suposed to buy it this weekend, i have to finish primering the car on staurday so that it will be ready for him to pick up sunday. it would have been done already but last weekend i was putting a clutch in a cobalt SS for a guy at my job so i got tied up & sunday it was too cold. hopefully it wont be windy and ill be able to paint.

i really hate to see my baby go seeing how i just got her and all, but me not havin a car is killing (almost 3 weeks) me and the insurance on the celica is gonna cost me an arm & leg. so since i only have a year left on it, im going to put my LS/VTEC build on hold and pull the motor on the celica and start getting it ready for boost. so come this time next year it'll be paid off and boosted:bannana:

im gonna get some pics of it completly primered and ill post them on here so everyone can see the finished product, even though it's going to someone else to enjoy:cry: im supposed to pick up cory's this weekend as well but i can get his untill i get the other one out, cuz my parents wont let me have 3 cars sitting in the driveway. so hopefully by wed. ill be insured, registerd, all legal, and back on the road and be able to make it to some meets again.
