94 Eg hatch. HELP!

k, well im going to get my hatch today at 11, its a gsr swapped eg, and i need to take it to a mechanic to get looked at before i buy it. any suggestions on where to take it? sumwhere along US. 29 or jimmy carter/indian trail area. anything i should look for as in flaws among the swap and body? thanks in advance!!
