i had this posted somewhere else but i believe it was the wrong section, so im posting it here, if its the wrong section sorry, the wonderful mod in the other section was no help when i asked where it should go when i found out i posted it in the wrong section
i have a 52" sony projection TV, i got it from a friend for free a while back, it wasnt working so i decided i would take it and see what i could do, and it eventually started working. well ive noticed when playing games that the what i believe is called convergance is off, white lines on menu's, and small letting is usually shadowed or blurred by it. i adjusted it, but the options only allows up/down, left/right adjustments to the red and blue. my problem is that its needs to be kinda rotated and i cant do that with the menu, is it worth giving a shot at adjusting the projectors? or should i have someone else do it. i noticed back when it didnt work they could be adjusted, im thinking alittle bit of common since and patients can get it fixed, but i wont know if thats right unless i try. if you dont recommend me trying it, anyone know what this runs with a tv repair man?
