25yrs retired USMC guy came to the shop today after we fixed his BMW 530i. Yeah...he rolled up in his Z06 complaining that it was dirty (thing looked NICE) because it sat in the garage...and he only brought it out cuz he just sold off his bike.

Yeah...his MOS? 6172 AV. Tech. My MOS (currently) 6000...AV. Tech.

Don't know how long you went, but after 3 years you're eligible to be an E3. (2 years for an E2)
I went 3 and a half years and I'll be coming out of basic as an E3.
