Well... to top all the shit thats been happening to me lately, i got in a car wreck :( .
Yeah i know... I was late to work... so i was backing out of my parking spot and bam... some1 was waiting for someone and creeping the car.... in my blind spot :(.
I was about to call the cops and the girl freaked out like NO NO NO and started crying. So im like alright thats cool. I had NO damage to my car and her right fender on a newer Acura RL was dented a little and the bumper seemed different than usual on the left side... I have decided to not involve insurance. Anyone know what something like this would cost?..

In related stories... the girl just called me and said she took her kid in the car and herself to emergency room to get checked and I have to pay for that also... (the wreck happened at 5mph tops)

Anyone have absolutely any advice on my situation... damn WHEN IS MY WAVE OF BAD SHIT GONNA STOP?!!?!??

You messed up by not calling the cops. She can claim anything she wants to now. ALWAYS call the cops. Even when you are on private property and they can't give tickets, you will get a report w/ what happened and if she indicated that she had no injuries you'll have that recorded as well. If there were no witnesses or video cameras now then I would act like that shit never happened.

when you realize its state law to call the cops no matter what.
This sucks ass man, but i learned the hard way to always call insurance o matter what. But good luck on that one man, i hope everythign works out

i would do that ... but i dont want to... ya know? It WAS my fault, she didnt do anything wrong (except didnt give me a courtesy honk saying that im comin closer ;) )... ya know Iwant to pay her for her damages... just dont want her to rape me in charges. Damn...

Don't get screwed by some lady wanting to commit insurance fraud. Teach her a lesson. Going to the emergency room for a 5 mph collision? Give me a break. In a few days she'll be saying her neck is bothering her, she hasn't been able to go to work, etc.

yeah things will get better. just stay positive man. i'm one that knows abotu strings of bad luck. to recount:
since november 2004:
-lost house and relationship of 10 years.
-lost 2 jobs. both accounts closed. I WORKed SECURITY
-lost mobility for a little while. 2 cars broke down no money to fix them.
-wont be able to attend UTI next month.
-lost another g-friend.
-lost insurance on both cars temporarily. both now insured
-staying with homie in his condo till the smoke clears. trying to get gig so i can get outta GA. to attend UTI.
but i'm staying positive.
