So lately, so I have found, many people have been joo'd out of money, or products, or just about anything from Steven C. Martin, aka b18hatch, 2.0 civic, Steve-O... Just wanted to see if anyone has any personal rants.

Well lets see...we used to date, he cheated on me and i caught him in writing, so I left him, and he didnt want to pay the last months rent on our apartment, and now hes magically MIA when the creditors call.

Technically speaking if you were living with him, I believe you had to sign your name to the lease or whatever, and to just leave your partner you would have to "buy out" the lease on your part.

I moved out bc he was violent and I told the office, he was on the lease too, but I couldnt get my name off unless he signed for me to, which of course he wouldn't. He apparantely made a deal with the front office to pay the rent, but of course didn't. And FYI, the lease was over LAST december, and I moved out last NOV.
