has anyone seen the new pontiac solstice... i read that the base price for it is only around $19000. what do yall think about it. i think that it gives a new look for the convertable and stands out but it only has a 4cylinder which i think it a little bit too small for the car and what it looks like.

thie solstice and the saturn sky look alot alike.. both are hot as hell.. I would prefer the sky....

sorry this car looks good for the price.. as for the fact that its a pontiac, as long as you ditch it before the 70k mile mark its a great car!

turns out i do to.. i just now took a look at it :) that is assuming you dont have to have the red shit on the inside , i HATE red interiors.

My neighbor is a dealer for GMC, so he was driving one around and testing it out. They are pretty sweet and pretty cheap.

if you could put with a super charger or better yet , a turbo ill be all over it. until then its kinda lacking in power, however, they do look nice :)

so they will bump it to 200 hp and and call it a performance version? i was thinking more along the lines of some REAL power. even the power the pontiac granp prix gtp's had with a 5 speed would rock in that car. looking at the bottom of it on the saturns site it is channeled for a nice V6 dual exhaust setup.. a supercharged 3800 in that car would rock. :)

No one said what HP it will be bumped to. I know like the regular VUE SUV has 145hp, and the REDLINE is a V6 250 Supercharged version ( It uses a honda motor for the redline ) and that one is bad as fuck. If it wasnt 28k I would have gotten Leisa that instead of the regular VUE. But if they make a SKY REDLINE it will be more then 200hp supercharged, im sure

I was just using 200 as an example because that seems to be "the" hp number for companies to have a "performance" car. I would really look at that thing if it had a 250-300hp motor in it, on and a 6 speed would be nice :)
