i have 2 rooms available but only looking for one roommate.

if you want 1 room with a garage space $480 plus we split utilities.


if you want both rooms and a garage space $600 plus we split utilities.



fyi.

3 bedroom house. 2 1/2 baths. about 2-3 years old. 3 side brick. 2 car garage. small lawn to take care of. chores will be split up.

already have couches, 42" hdtv. ps2, wii.... and 2 little dogs.


i need a roommate quick, but im not just going to let anyone live with me... must be trustworthy!!! prefer someone a little older so the drama is at a minimum, but not mandatory.
