I can't help but wonder..."What the hell is Jaguar thinking?"
First off, hardly anyone in the US buys station wagons. Secondly, hardly anyone buys the Jaguar X-Type. Why would they even bother selling these here?

I saw a burgundy one the other day. I had to do a double take because I had no clue it came in wagon form.

I think the X-Type is an affront to Jaguar. Quality is down, and it hasn't sold well at all...it lacks quite a bit of Jaguar-ness. I think it looks alright though...though I like the XJ better.
As for wagons though...I'd take an Audi, SAAB, or Volvo.

doesnt the X type have a AWD verison?

There is an AWD X-Type, and yes...the XKR is AMAZING. Can't wait for the XKR-R to come out...hopefully with a manual gearbox.

u mean the one the clarkson on TG,said was one the best cars hes ever driven.....i didnt think they were gonna produce it
