yea, that rhd crx isn't ever going to be complete without a jdm front end...

personally, i'd do the jdm front first and then paint it and THEN do the glass top.

Adams old RHD CRX was teh sex.

I do NOT like those front ends. Adam did that with the CRX before the RHD.

Hmm...

I'm in debate on a few things. It'll be interesting to see the recognition and attention and comments these cars get...

I'm not feelin' the front ends of those cars either. Looks really misproportioned or something.

Good luck with the builds , though.

It's my opinion that every car should be modified with an end result in mind. The RHD JDM concept clashes with the EK front, and the car will never look good.

Frankly, having a RHD car seems pointless to me. It's one thing if you've imported a real JDM car. It's another when you do it just to say you've done it and all you've achieved is making the car difficult to drive on American roads.

 cring for the guy that wanted to see me cry. for the guy that said the 99 front and rhd clash, i agree its my brother in laws car. i bought mine like that, dont want it to stay like that and how does it make it harder to drive on american roads? you can drive it or you cant, and i find it fun to drive. it wasnt in my plans until i drove his and i love rhd. i also would rather have the jdm front and thats why i want to change mine but i know its gonna cost and might be hard to find so im gonna work with what i got until i get it. if people would read they would see what i have said, and i might live in woodstock/acworth.....:ninja: why you wanna know?? lol j/k you have see the teg or you know the location?

Have you ever tried to pass on the right, but you can't see enough of the traffic on that side? It's because you're on the left side of the car, and that's the side you're supposed to pass on. With RHD, you can't see well enough to pass on the left.

Also, Have you ever tried to make a left-hand turn at a light through oncoming traffic, with opposing traffic directly in front of you also trying to make a left? With RHD, you can't see enough to make a safe turn, because you're on the wrong side of the car.

Merging onto a highway? You have more of the car obstructing your view when you look over your left shoulder.

That's not counting the details that are usually overlooked with a RHD conversion, like the side mirrors, which are now adjusted to the max (if you're lucky) to be able to see anything useful. The windshield wipers aren't usually switched over with it either, so they're going the wrong way too.

Basically a big old waste of time for what amounts to a talking point.

I've seen your CRX around Woodstock...before you bought it. (or atleast I think it's the same one...)

I know that Advance pretty well, I live close to it and a good friend of mine lives across from it.

Why do I want to know? Theres not to many EF owners around Woodstock. Its nice to see more local EFs.

im sorry. im not trying to be a a**hole but to do rhd right you have a half cut that came with the motor and some doors and if you got the doors you get the "jdm" mirrors if you pay for them of course, so you have everything to make it the real deal why not put it to use, i know if i did or do rhd i dont want it to be half ass so i would get the doors so i would have power windows and i would also have the mirrors becouse again why would i go "jdm" and do it half ass?? and the wipers going the wrong way if that messes with you driving than dont read anymore. as far as driving in traffic goes i have my class A cdl's. so i can drive in a tractor with a 53 foot trailer but i cant drive a rhd crx becouse i cant see like a normal car does in traffic? if you go to the dmv and get a cdl study guide and read it there is a thing called blind side backing it pretty self explainatory you cant see backing the trailer to the pass. side and even though in the book it says not to, in atlanta you have to do it every day. dont take this in the wrong way but i guess my driving skills are better than others. rhd is not hard to drive at all to me. if it is to you... practice.

Ya EFs here are rare, the only other member in Woodstock is Ben(EvasiveEF9). I know a few other EF owners around here but they(for one reason or another) don't/can't join the Squad.

I'm willing to help anyone out. Just try to inform me in advance when you want help. My schedule is usually packed, but with a couple days notice I can put some time aside.

And my EF is about as stock as they come...well with a few exceptions.

I didn't say it's impossible to drive a RHD car, but it's certainly more of a chore. Anyway, my opinion is out there. Converting a vehicle to RHD is dumb.
