I don't know if you can tell what that is in that picture, but it's a motor and/or tranny mount he's filing up with the window weld.

ohh.gotcha. haha. i was thinking of just getting some inserts. but havent fully decided yet. i just havent seen it done like that.

Window weld would be the cheapest route. The downside would be that you have to remove the mounts to do it.
