Full Race has done it. Check out http://www.full-race.com/r14/ for more info on it.

They will build you a chassis to accommodate the awd system or you can go ahead and have them build the whole car for you.

I'm to lazy to go and read the post before but from what I have heard you can run a RB26 w/ a RB25 GTS trans, so it should be do able with a few mods like custom drive shaft, mount kit, single turbo conversion (don't know if both will fit), and so on. I have never really looked into it to much. I also know that McKinney Motorsports specializes in RB swaps, so I would check them out to see if they already have a kit for the swap. The guys at Ma-Motorsports put one in a z32 no problem, so I would check them out also.

YOu can do it for about $20000-25000 (RB26 with AWD).

A regular RB26 swap would still run $15,000ish

your best bet for a fun street car is a TUrbo KA or a SR20 swap (Under $4000)

I will do the full rb26 swap for $14,999 - ish.

rb25 would be cheaper.... only .1 L less and lil older, but you can still fly like hell

I say not worth doing the swap, just do a rb25det, or import a gtr if you want to get a rb awd.

KA-T, CA18, SR20, RB20, or RB25 are ur best options. Depends on what you want to do with the car, and what budget your budgets it.

if you want to drift a little here and there...KA-T's gonna be the best option

if your wallets a tad thicker, go SR20.

if you wanna be semi-unique; CA

price of RB26 swap = enough for a WRX or something higher up.

Ok if ur going all out we can scratch KA-T off the list. We can also forget about a CA18, they are great for drifting and road racing when their built but not for drag racing.
So that leaves us with the SR, RB20, RB25, and 2JZ(if ur mad balling).
SR's and RB20 I think make about the same power, but an RB feels a lot more torquey. SR's are good engines with a lot of after market support, they are propably the most common swap you'll see.
Now lets take for example you wanna use the stock motor and just get boltons, a bigger turbo, bigger injectors, an engine manigment system, and a boost controller. I would recomend an RB it should be more relaiable for the higher horsepower demands. (Not to say an SR couldn't handel these demands just fine.)

An RB25 is a more exspensive alternative but it'll put down a good amount of power. A 2jz would be the F**king awsome but the sawp cost right around $10,000.

I would say ur best bet would be an SR or an RB20.

Im no expert by any means this is just my :2cents:
You might should as Mr.Kidd or Hell-Fire they know their ****.

CA over SR any day for reliability and nice high rev limiter.
But for cost these days... RB20 all the way. 1200 dollars or less for the motor you cant beat that

I give you what you paid for it.........

If you keep it, why not give it the 350z/G35 drivtrain? Would be different, and can be easily turboed, and would be some sick ****.

Why?? Explain reasoning.
I worded that wrong.
Nothing against a KA-T Im actually half way through build one. (forged internals etc.)
My problem with a KA-T is to make a really nice reliable one it cost a ton. I've got the cost of an RB25 in my motor already and I havent even purchased the turbo componets I wanna use.
Like I said thats just my opinion, Im not an expert and I don't claime to be one.
