so i just found out my catalytic converters are bad on my car. both of them. and i need to replace so i might as well get the hi flow cats. i thinking about getting the random technology ones but then my friend said he had problems in the low rpms. so i was wondering if anyone else had any problems. i drive a 2001 maxima.

anyone know any other hi flow cats that are good but decently priced?

I ran a 3" Catco cat on my old SE-R. Fit great, worked fine.

Get a oe replacement or a test pipe is better IMO. I do not see the extra money worth the extra power, if any.

i would get a test pipe but i have to pass emissions.... on top of that i dont want my car to be too loud cause i dont wanna attract cops..... i think that i might just get the random tech hi flows..

Dont buy a cheap universal one, get one made for your aplication.
