ok i have 2 yorki puppies (male&female) that are exactly 8 weeks today. these puppies are looking for great loving homes. both puppies have recieved there first set of shots and have also had the tails croped 1 wek ago. both puppies will be registed wit AKC & CKC (waiting on paper work to come back) just like there parents. these puppies are ball of energy but will calm down in a few weeks but wat puppy isnt a ball of energy.

both parents are what breeders call steel (silver) and tan, are well kept and are current on all shots. yorki's are a fun loving breed, they are great wit children and are great lap dogs. as stated up top both parents are registered wit AKC & CKC, as will the puppies. my male is 2yrs. old and the female is 1 1/2yrs. old, are kept in the house except when they use the bathroom. yorki's dont shed like normal dog cuz there hair is not fur it's hair like human hair, so when brushing them u need to be gentel. this is also good for people who have alergies.

the price for the dogs are as follows and please no low balling, these prices are firm. these puppies will not be sold untill they are at least 12 weeks old (8 weeks right now), but we encourage u to come take a look at them. also if u decide u would like to come see them and decide u want 1 before they are 12 weeks then a deposit of $100 will need to be paid to hold the dog untill it is atleast 12 weeks.

Yorkies are one of the top five most difficult breeds to housetrain. Some never get it. Some do fine.

One thing about papers...many dogs dont even show correct breed traits yet have all kinds of papers. If it was me I would be more concerned with obvious physical characteristics then papers. ;)

THIS IS TRUE BUT IF U ARE FIRM AND ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO HOUSE BREAK A DOG THEN U WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM WIT HOUSE BREAKING. THIS IS OUR SECOND SET OF YORKI'S AND THEY BOTH TOOK TO HOUSEBREAKIN FINE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.

BOTH PARENTS WERE PURCHASES FROM 2 SEPERATE BREEDERS, MALE IN THOMASVILLE GA AND FEMAL IN HELEN GA. PUPPIES HAVE A GOOD BONE STRUCTURE, A GOOD STRONG BOLLD LINE.

BERNARD- THE DOG PAPERS HAVE BEEN SENT OUT AND WILL BE ARIVING ANY DAY NOW, SO PAPERS ARE NOT A CONCERN. ALSO AS STATED UP TOP BOTH PUPPIES WILL BE REGISTURED WIT AKC & CKC JUST LIKE THERE PARENTS.

I ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED TO COME LOOK AT THE PUPPIES AND THE PARENTS, U WONT BE DISAPPOINTEDS.:goodjob:

Sorry, but thats absolute BS.

I have owned and bred Yorkies for over 25 yrs. Close family members have been breeding for 35-40 yrs. My sis in law breeds Yorkies going back 25+ yrs and owned specimans that were shown at Westminster, inlcuding one of the top 5 ranked Yorkies in the USA.
FACT: Some cannot be succesfully housebroken...period.
Even professional trainers acknowlge this.

There is NO way to predict individuals which are which. All you can do is plenty of crate training, 'be firm' and do your best.

Good luck with your pups.

Yep their fur turns lighter after a few months. Their ears also go from the flap to erect. :)

They are just sooo adorable when they're puppies :D

metalman - I agree they are tough to house train! Mine used to leave presents behind furniture lol. It's much easier if you have a yard also. When I moved she was given to a family friend who ended up house training her better. :)

Actually their ears should be erect to begin with.
Some stand up later, some never do. :goodjob:

And youre right...theyre cute!

they have already started to show slight signs of color change, but there is no garuntee they will look like there parents. which im sure u already know.

metalman- i said that in my post that it is true that they are hard to housebreak, but if u know how to properly train a dog (NOT JUST PUT THERE NOSE IN THE MESS AND SAY NO) and be firm then it should be no problem. almost any dog can be housebroken if u take th time to do it right and dont give up after a few weeks like most owners do. and yes there are dogs out there that will never get it, but hey what do i know u have been breeding dogs 4 a long time so im sure ur right.

my mom bread miniatuer Dachshund's for 15 yrs. and we must have owned 21 of them exactly and they are the most hardest dogs to housebreak on this earth and i know for a fact that only to of them never could get the housebroken thing down. so i am a firm believer that almost any dog can be house broken.
