Runs great! Fresh image/no personalization. There is one tiny ding on the silver "Dell" logo on the top and a light mark ON the screen, not IN the LCD. Barely visable when the computer is on.

DOA warranty, 30-day warranty on the HD.

And i told you for $250 you'll get it with 512 ram. Do me a favor and go price 2 Crucial 1gig memory sticks for a laptop...... go ahead,almost half of the price of the laptop is in the 2gigs of memory.

Let's see... ~$90 per 1gig stick.... so thats $180 in memory. + $70 for the laptop??? i think not.
