help car won't start

this morning the car won't start at all. car honda 98 accord coupe. when ignition is switched theres no engine sound just ticking noise. could it be the starter,battery, or radiator? bought new battery and didn't work. could it be the starter?

Yes...it probably is. As long as that battery has charge...

Could be the solenoid, but I doubt that on a 98 honda...

have you put antifreeze in it lately? just a thought. its been cold.
