Car was only making mid to high 300s after we tuned it. It was suppost to makin around 600s Built. Supposidly it had forged internals. Well I got to finally rip it out and tear it down to see what problems I would find. Come to find out it had all stock internals. OUCH! So now comes the fun parts. Time to build it the right way!!! Cant wait to finish this beast!!!:goodjob: Now I gotta go change! Ill keep everyone updated. The owners name is Greg by the way.

Does the guy even race his car? I chit-chatted with the owner for a sec and he was saying how he races his car and such. Then when I asked him to run he said no, he doesn't race. :???:

I guess he didn't want to get beat by a Chevy. :D

Very cool car, though! Hopefully, he'll bring it out to run sometime.

Did u guys have a car at SEMA? I believe i saw a White G35, VERY gorgeous. On the back of it had a Forged decal. I walked by it and saw the car a few rows away and could barely make out the decal. (too lazy to walk back over and see)

Most people have, I posted pics of it a few months ago. I have seen him get on it a few times outside of work, did not sem too fast. I am sure once it is done with its upgrades it will be the monster is should be. The thing that inpressed me was he got off of a SHARD ass exit ramp doing 60 and never touched the brakes. The car just kinda floated around the turn like it was stuck to the road.

yeah I do work at Forged. and yes we did have the white G35 at SEMA. Bad thing about that car was that it was supposed to be a fully built motor from another company but when we got it it had just external stuff done to it and stock internals and the guy paid alot for it. But we still had to finish it before SEMA anyways. by the was did u see his brakes? 12 piston calipers up front!

I got a brand new camera but I dont feel like takin it to work. Too expensive. Thats why I use my phone. Ill probably think of doin it but Ill let yall know. and I'm bout to load new pics.

and no we dont have the 2 240zs. That would be dave. I have a 240sx with a RB25 in it. and the other guy here has a white s14 with a RB25 in his as well.

trymy4.0 the title was to attract peoples attention. but it literally is torn to pieces motor wise. so it was confusing in a way. anyways im sure u get it.

who the F owns a skyline and doesn't race?!?!?!?!?!? granted i'm sure he doesn't want to "lose" that reputation and all that but still i can't stand people who buy higher end MADE from factory to dominate and race cars and the pus sy foot around in them...

Its cause he spent 90k for it and doesnt want to take a chance to screw it up cause parts are hard to find. I believe any smart mature adult would do the same. Just like these old people ridin around in corvettes all the time. they want it to last.

man normally when you see a skyline its in a pretty background or some exotic location no matter how nice it is i just dismiss it. it just seems so unrealisitic. idk but when you see it in a average car environment, you know a lil dirty, some oil spots under it...it just seems like the baddest effin car ever. reps for you

Greg's a good gud and i've ridden in the car a couple of times. He's a bit older and more mature than most of the cars. He really doesn't care to race ...If he races, which is rare, it's usually messing with other exotics, Ferrari's, turbo Porsche's and stuff.

Even with the power it had, the car pulled HARD. Not only that but the grip was insane---and make no mistake, Greg knows how to drive that thing. I don't know if it would have beat my last Supra (it put 585 to the wheels) on a highway pull, but it still pulled harder than it should have with the power it was making.

The car should be nuts when it's finished.

Very nice R34! If the turbos are the GT2530R's, the owner should sell them to me, so I can put them on my BNR32!!! LOL. Then he should Frankenstein the RB26 head with an RB30 block, with forged internals, and install a T04Z on that biatch! That would be one sick mofo. Just beautiful!
