My 94 LX Accord had an H22 Swap done (previous owner let Madahvi Motorsport did the swap). The thing is they didn't run the O2 sensor to the cat. Will that affect my emission somehow? I'm getting the car check next week, just want to make sure that everything's good and street legal before I bring it in :(

I'm not too familiar with these, so I haven't a clue.

Thanks :D

So I'd need to run that to my cat? If I remember correctly, it's Pre-cat for my Accord and not after cat.

obd1 has primary o2 only before the cat.

The car doesn't throw any CEL, but no O2 sensor :wtf:

The CEL light works, it's on when started the car, then goes off. I can smell that the car is running kinda rich, though it's only JDM swap with stock ECU, I/H/E mods only.

are you sure the ecu isn't chipped and o2 disabled? if o2 is unplugged from the harness on a stock ecu you will throw a cel. now, if you have an o2 plugged in, but not plumbed into the exhuast on a stock ecu you won't throw cel and will run rich since the o2 tells the ecu that you are running lean since it's not in the exhaust flow.

you might want to get underneath the car to see what is the case w/ the o2.

Last I checked, there's no O2 sensor being pluged in anywhere.

As far as the ECU goes, I was told that it was a stock P13. But I never really checked.

Also, my other question is that if it's not there, where can I find the linkage for it? I have the O2 sensor, but not the linkage. :(

i think if there is no CEL it will pass emissions

naw, it won't. You can clearly smell that it's running rich.
