some 18 year old kid in NY was in a fight with his moms....
She called the cops, said that he was threatening her with two knives.... Then said he had a gun, he can be heard in teh background flaunting that he had a gun...
Police arrive, he reaches under his shirt and police fire 20 rounds at him, hitting him with 10, killing him... They search him, it was a brush, no gun was found, because of this civil rights people are all up in arms "da kops killd'd him cuz he wuz black".... BS
angers me.
If i'm a cop... the kids OWN mom said he had a gun, which is why we are there... kid comes out posturing to kill/injure me and/or my fellow cops, of course i'd eliminate the threat......
who to blame?
I say idiots like the "supaman dat hoe" and hurricane chris and etc...
instilling the idiot "f$%# da po-leece" mentality into kids these days.

Wow...that's ****ing retarded. I bet, though, that they claim because the MOM stated it, and not the kid, they'll pull off the "cuz he was black" theme (yes, theme) that has no swept the nation. In addition, at least the kid was 18 and considered an adult and making his own decisions, HOWEVER, that will only be further justification for the "cuz he's blacK' theory in that the mother no longer can speak for the kid (yes, I say kid as a mentality level) because he's "of legal age" to be an adult...no matter what his IQ level is.
I, personally, wish that PUBLICALLY I could walk up to the officers who pulled the trigger and HIT their target. 1) For being a good shot, and 2) For taking out someone in this world who clearly did NOT need to breed.

In number 3, misinterpretation, you forgot to add that the civil rights movement and stuff is going to COMPLETELY forget that a boy was injured in this "tragedy" and the court case all together...and the main topic will be "unfair treatment of black people" rather than "this kid threatened police with a "gun", so they took him out"

Exactly. This will turn into the same muddled down fiasco that the Atlanta one did when they shot that lady in her house. Everyone conveniently skipped over the fact that her son (or grandson) was dealing drugs out of there, that she had a gun and fired on police when they busted in (in police uniforms yelling police things like "freeze Police"). They only saw that a black woman was shot.
The excuses were great. "Well, she didn't know they were police" HELLOOOO, a bunch of WHITE dudes come busting in your house in the GHETTO, i'm sure thats a rare occurance round them there parts. Something must be amiss. "Robbers have used police uniforms before" True...black on black crime sucks, but see above.
Was it a tradgedy? Sure as hell was. Nobody likes to see someone get full of bullets in their own home. But was it the cops fault? Nope, the blame lies squarely on the head of the son or grandson that was dealing drugs out of his grandmothers house. He will rot in hell for that. Not the media, not the cops, not mine or yours or the Sultan of Brunais, but that stupid kid who put his grandmother in harms way.

Yea bro! But all they'll probably get repremanded for is using excessive force. The whole 102.5fm team will probably hype this up such as everyone suspects and we'll see something else happen similar to Atlanta (the Frozen Palace Police shooting) and the Jena Rally on a smaller scale. Two bystanders who said they had seen the shooting said that Mr. Coppin was not armed, but was carrying a hairbrush when he climbed out the window and that he dropped it when the firing began. The two witnesses also said they both heard one officer yelling for the shooting to stop.
According to the police, another witness described Mr. Coppin as concealing the hairbrush under his shirt, pointing it outward. Mr. Kelly said at the news conference this afternoon that at least 10 different witnesses had provided statements that corroborated the officers’ accounts.
“All 10 witnesses said they heard the officers tell Khiel to stop and show his hands,” he said. “Several people interviewed by police officers said they believed Khiel had a gun under his sweatshirt.” Almost immediately after the shooting, a restless crowd quickly gathered and grew to as many as 150, as some neighbors shouted protests against police brutality. “You need training — this is absurd!” one woman shouted out a window to the police. Another man pressed against a yellow crime-scene tape and said: “I’m not trying to start a riot. I’m just saying it’s not right.”
The site and surrounding blocks were cordoned off as dozens of police officers, detectives and community affairs officers arrived to investigate the shooting and control the crowd. Community leaders at the scene included City Councilman Albert Vann.
Witnesses and the police offered different details about how the shooting occurred.
Mr. Sanchez said that just before the shooting, he went outside and saw several officers there with guns drawn. Mr. Coppin approached the window, backed away, then returned and stood on the sill, Mr. Sanchez said. When an officer told him to get down, he jumped to the ground and started to go through a gate in the fence in front of the building, Mr. Sanchez said.
An officer told Mr. Coppin to put up his hands, and when he did he dropped the hairbrush and the shooting began, although one officer called out to stop the gunfire, Mr. Sanchez said.
Officers started chasing Mr. Sanchez and knocked him to the ground after, he said, he protested: “Why you got to shoot him like that, for nothing?”

See. Different people saw different things. That happens everywhere. The trouble comes in when the media takes the worst of the stories and prints them. Then it becomes the truth because...well, it's on the TV so it must be right.
See, most Americans can't be bothered to go and look up the facts. If it's on TV, it's the truth. Who has time to research things, what with all the Lattes, Aerobics, Text messages and cel phone calls one is already busy with during the day to actually think for themselves? I mean comon.
The media knows this and they can sway anything, anyway they want. The one thing that pisses me off the most about people is this. When the media gets some information, they print it but the source wants to remain anonymous because he wasn't supposed to open his ****ing mouth in the first place. I hate that. If you aren't supposed to talk, STFU!. These police people and other folks that just can't wait to tell somebody something, they are just about urinating in their pants to go out and tell the first person with a tape recorder they can find...but uh oh, you can't say I told you so. **** that, shoot them cunts, then maybe that crap won't happen.
I'm perturbed now :D
*Edit, whoo, I was so angry that I typo'd clear from here to Texas. Plus the C word isn't filtered, hmmm. Hopefully no offense was taken by any cunts out there. :D
But the real problem , is that its like the 3rd time that its happened in Ny.. a person shot "excessively" and ended up being unarmed.
To me its possible to see this problem being solved, i mean look at what happen in Atlanta, earlier inthe year 13 people where killed by the police, and the police said that they would practice more non lethal ways to control someone.
but than again im not a cop, and i do understand not taking any chances when put in a situation like this.

The only reason the race card is pulled with some people is because even interviewed cops (white) said if the guy were white, they more than likely would've yelled for him to put it down, put it down now, etc and then decide whether it be handled lethally or not. Another cop, also white, said he's known on most accounts of when cops (either white, black, asian, etc) enter the specific neighborhood the victim was in, the whole consensus on the situation involving a black male is a huge misconception. They automatically think because it's a black male, some force will have to be involved and that he will definately be violent.
As for the 20shots fired, 10shots hit, a couple different officers of different races chimed in by saying basically the same thing. They all get barely much training with their firearms and when they do they have no where near the same intensity and adrenaline changes as they would in a real life situation. They also said, when they do practice with their firearms, a buzzer goes off and usually no one fires until they're comfortable, but, when one officer fires, it seems like everyone else follows behind as just a natural reaction. "you hear one pop, then almost simultaneously you hear 100 more rounds follow".
The interviewer followed up by saying (paraphrased):
I - So the cops basically came into the situation thinking, if this guy makes a funny move, he's dead.
Cop - Paraphrase) Well, basically, yes. We have ****ing families to go home to and we aren't here to shot to injure. It's shot to kill
I also believe this was the same cop who said if it were a white kid, we would've yelled at him a couple times before making our decision.

Also, the question was raised, "Why don't we see nor hear of white boy's getting shot 5 and 10 times to death unless they've already shot up a school or are clearly holding a weapon and showing it in a forceful way?"

Also, the question was raised, "Why don't we see nor hear of white boy's getting shot 5 and 10 times to death unless they've already shot up a school or are clearly holding a weapon and showing it in a forceful way?"
I'm gonna tread on this as lightly as I can for fear of offending a majority of people. So bear with me.
I'm gonna compare this to the Expensive Wheel VS the not Expensive Wheel.
The reason you don't hear about White boys getting shot 5-10 times is because a good deal more crime happens in the poorer black neighborhoods than it does White neighborhoods. Why? Because poverty breeds criminals. Most white kids stay in school, tow the line, do what their parents tell em and generally don't chase the quick buck and commit petty crimes.
A good portion of black children are from low income areas where life has dealt them a crappy hand and they must hustle to make a living. Hustling usually turns into crime which turns into these types of situation, ones involving violence.
So the volume of these petty crimes is the reason you hear about them more. So when a cop goes into a situation involving a white dude, odds are, unless theres a huge amount of dead bodies in the floorspace, he's not gonna have any trouble. But the same cop, same situation with a black male, odds are (in his mind) he's gonna have some trouble. Blacks are more vocal than whites and whites are usually more docile in that type of situation than blacks are. So human nature takes over. I challenge anyone of you to go into the Country Club of the South with a badge on and then go down MLK with the same badge on and tell me you don't get treated differently. It's just human nature.
Now, over the past years, Black youths have recognized this problem and are now striving to change the way they are perceived, taking their education more seriously and alot of them are going to college, while White kids are not changing much except maybe getting lazier. What that is doing is creating an entirely new large population entering the upper workforce, white collar stuff that was once most dominated by whites. With this comes a new heightened conscienceness on both sides.
So in the end, I guess I can sum it up like this. When white people go looney and start killing people, Generally it's huge. The quiet guy down the street that chops up boys, possibly some cannabalism involed or they take a gun to school and blow 10 people away. That's a white dude crime. White people hold a lot of stuff in until it explodes and large groups of people die.
Black people on the other hand, do not. Most crimes are petty and if a murder takes place it is usually a single homicide and it was a spur of the moment. Except the DC shooter and a very few serisl killers that were black. Like the guy I went to high school with. Clinton Bankston. Cut like 4 people up, put their heads on the stairs and weird **** like that. Was in my printing and photography class in Athens. Eerie stuff.
So, all my longwinded stuff aside, thats what in my opinion you don't hear about whites as much, cause when we do it, we do that **** big.
Now, i'm not saying that it's right, i'm just telling you how it is. Hoping not to offend anyone, that's not the aim of this post. Just trying to shed some light on the situation. If you don't agree, great, not everyone is supposed too. But take it as an opinion and roll with it. :goodjob:

when it is reported the kid was bragging about having a gun in the background and threatening his mother to kill her, they awere justified IMO. When a suspect pulls a gun there is no telling where he will shoot first. That is why all cops fired, kinda hard not to kill a person when you dont know exactly who's life is threatened. If someone said they were going to shoot me and attempted to reach for a gun I am firing no questions asked. There is no time to wait and see when life is at stake.
And anybody with enough disrespect to threaten there own mother deserves to die anyway. In jail, you get beat and raped for harming family and children. Either way he would of got his.

Put their ****ty-ass pistols in your hands under that kind of pressure in that kind of environment from that distance. I'm not saying they're good at shooting...but I'm also saying they're not gonna have one shot one kill.
In addition, I'm no sharpshooter, but when a life is threatened, you're not taking the time to line up one shot, pull the trigger, readjust, and fire again. For the most part your firing a round as soon as the gun is pointed in that man's direction. I go to the range frequently. I know my rifle, and I know my pistol. One-shot rounds I can hit my target, or within an inch of it from a good distance. Burst firing is when distance plays a BIG part...

Speaking of, I need to go to the range, again...
Man, I can't wait for MCT. M16 in my hands with unlimited ammo (for the most part...)

I'm down...I hate the cold, but I'll deal... Keep in touch, man. I'm hoping to make it to the gun show this weekend and pick up some rounds. I've been trying to find people to do range outings with, man...but most people either haven't shot, or fear guns....or are just too damn busy.
I go in Marietta to Ed's Guns (now called Nick's Guns)

That's why yall need to watch this www.zeitgeistmovie.com. To help get a better understanding what's going on.

LoL, by default, WL threads aren't expected to stay on topic...
The problem with an EF Range outing is that I think you and I are probably the only ones with guns that would go. The few others that MIGHT follow suite don't own guns...

Nicks offers rentals. 10$/gun/lane. lack of experience...I don't mind teaching, but I hate that it takes away from my time on the lane...

Very true. I brought two first timers with me once...dude and chick. Taught the guy first so the girl could see how things worked. The guy knew somewhat HOT to shoot, and what to expect, but had never actually fired. Then it was the girl's turn. When she shot (after I convinced her it would be alright...) the dude tried to act like he was a pro. I was like "dude, sit your testosterone down..."

everyone knows cops cant shoot for ****. it should only take ONE shot, right in the forehead.
or TWO in the chest.... not 10 in the wall, 5 in the hips, one hand shot, 3 in the legs and one in the chest.
cops suck ass...... they are unreliable
Comon man. I'm sure that whey you wack it, you can hit the shot sock dead on everytime. But get with a real girl and you couldn't hit her mouth to save your life. Excitement spoils aim everytime. :D
