89 crx hf build question

ok i have a couple rex's sittin around the house, 5 but who's counting. I already know what i'm doing to the si b16b type r show car but the hf is a race car everybody knows that.The only problem is i dont know which motor to go with, remember race car reduce weight I have a bunch of sohc vtec and non-vtec motors sittin around but i dont know what's the cheapest way to run 12's b,d,h,k series help?

which sohc and turbo are you talking bout I got 2 z6 and one y8

use the z6. and get yourself a nice t3. I'm not quite sure if thats gonna get you to 12's though. I know the z6 is the motor you're gonna wanna go with though.

a boosted Z6 in a fully gutted rex on 10-12 psi can take you to high 12's if you have some decent tires and can drive....
