would u wire the engine obd1 somebody told me that's the easiest way but what's the best for the engine I got both obd1 and obd2 ecu

you use the OBD0 harness on the CTR motor.
You use an ECU Jumper harness (boomslang.us) to convert to OBD1
you use an OBD1 ecu
you REPIN the DISTRIBUTOR to OBD1 and repin your EF harness dizzy plugs to OBD1
you cannot use the OBD2 harness

I also have ctr compressor powersteering stock valve cover all ek9 motor mounts side mounts (engine and trans) brackets axles

Does anybody know a good tuning location? Also I've heard skunk2 valves springs retainers cams would hold 9200 rpms does anybody know?

yes, the springs and retainers can hold that... but those kind of rpms are never completely safe on a stock bottom end...
