Of course...I'll vouch for the SAAB, but the Charger SRT8 will **** on them all. It can hang with a CLS55 AMG.

I'd take...
-SAAB 9-3 Turbo X
-Volvo S60R/V70R
-Cadillac CTS-V
-Audi S4
-Volkswagen Passat R36

JessAlba452

Audi A4
Lexus IS350
Benz C350
BMW 335i
Infiniti G35

Too bad you guys don't have the Maxima up there. I mean other than the fact that the new models look like boats...

The 3rd gen Maxima's (1990's +) were labeled as 4DSC (4 Door Sports Car) and even in 2003 every middle-class consumer "sedan" that was test driven before my purchase just felt slow. :)

Okay I'm done! Enough of the soap-box haha

I really like Maximas...I think they're somewhat underrated...probably because they're front-wheel-drive.

Yep true. But Altimas are also FWD.

Sure you've got the HP to HP ratio and the Altima SER will come on top. But Max's were the true 4DSC. IMO of course.

At least you've got a soft spot for em.

Secretly or not so secretly I've been wanting a 300zx just to see what the hype is about RWD ;) Oh and maybe for some drifting.

I think they should've made the Maxima RWD to further separate it from the Altima. The Altima really changed throughout it's life-cycle...and now the only thing the Maxima offers is extra space over the Altima. I don't know...I always thought the Maxima would be something of a "350Z Sedan".

Oh hell yea...that's actually what I was referring to in my post, even though they haven't been released yet. I'm really impressed with the new CTS...it's such a big improvment.

i wold like that too, but i doubt they would do it, unless they do something to not make it like a cheaper g35, if they do.. tan it would kill the sales of the G. Kevykev posted a quite where they said it will come back like it used to be but it will still be fwd. I think its gonna be alot sportier like it used to be, something like a bigger altima SE-r, the only thing im confused about what engine is it gonna have? I could see a fwd version of the 3.7 vq, or maybe even Awd. most sedans in its class are not FWD anymore, and also come awd.

Wow, I never thought about it cannibalizing the sales of the G35. Normally that pops into my head. Maximas are much bigger though aren't they?

Oh well, I see what you're saying. I think AWD with a passive rear wheel steering system would be an interesting idea...but I know it'd be pricey. That much power in a FWD car will just lead to miles of screaming understeer and shoulder-popping torque-steer.

it had a 4.6dohc v8 in it made off the grand marquis, it didnt do well probrably because no one really knew about it. But now that they are starting to disappear they are gettin a bit popular..thats usually how it always works..lol It would have been nice to have around now with big v8rwd sedans being popular now. there is one in GA, that is supposed to be the fastest marauder in the US it ran a 10.3, i saw it on the hwy on a trailor about 2 years ago..

I would go SRT-8. I have driven alot of cars in my life and nice cars at that but the SRT8 is the funnest car I have ever driven. I had one for a weekend and it was just so retarded fast and actually handles pretty decent.

Sedans aren't what they used to be. You can still got four doors, for more whores; and a lot of them are pretty damned fast around a track.

As for saabs... they're cool but I hear they have big torque steer issues.

You forgot to post the STi and Evo. Those are technically sedans too.

grand prix....i know its got a pretty big engine in it, but most of the people that ive seen who OWN them, dont drive them in a ''spirited'' manner......:ninja:

the new accords? yah, i'd think about that bein pretty sporty...the passat? never even crossed my mind...it reminds me of an overweight jetta.:D

And the impala = GANGSTAAAmobile!:lmfao:
