Excellent location (right on the KSU campus). Much nicer than KSU place dorms IMO. Cost is $525/month, and includes all utilities (cable, heat/air, electricity, water, high-speed internet, the whole 9 yards). Fully furnished (bed, desk, plenty of drawer space). Spacious living room with couches, TV. Washer/Dryer. You have your own private bathroom. Extremely nice. Easy-going, laid-back roommates.
You can move in whenever you'd like. Lease is good 'til August 2008. Again, Im currently testing the waters on this (may be moving in with a friend off-campus), but please let me know if you are interested!
