Ok
heres the deal, for some people fitment is an art. Which it really is. not everyone can get a wheel so close to the fender, people ask you if its going to hit.

For those people, show your **** here!

Exactly! There maybe a handful of cars at most with some aggressive offsets on here. So I guess you just want people to post pictures of any car with shi*ty fitment? Cool, I'll just walk outside to see that.

But I think I may win in the brake caliper clearance contest.

Just barely enough to fit a business card snugly, NOT even a credit card

Believe it or not, these AP Racing BBK really stand behind their reps. No expansion under extreme heat (of heavy brake uses).

thats some nice fitment
add a 10mm, roll it, drop it, camber it
itd be the pooopie

I'll keep it simple. The lowest part of the car is 3" from the ground. Don't want any lower in ATL. I can litterally slam it.

I just want to keep it nice and clean. I've already rolled the car 90 degrees up.

This was a couple days ago, just got these wheels so still adjusting. Adjusted camber tonight, and lowered it more. I'll throw up some new pics in a couple days.

Of course it will be safe. Your wheel is never going to move closer to your brake caliper.

Why all the camber yokota? I don't get this neg camber trend on show cars.

This is a friends, it fits perfectly flush with the wheel wells.

And someone else I know.

Becuase with the width and offset of the wheels you could not possibly tuck tire without some Neg. Camber.

Tyler

Neg camber also = better handeling

Killswitch Performance
11-09-2007, 12:01 PM
Well. 1.8* of Neg Camber is supposedly the perfect amount for handling. It allows the tire to totally flatten out in the turns.

Yes, heat does have its effect on properties (expand). However, these BBK are built very tough, so the heat isn't enough to affect it.

Tyler
yeah, unless you have an s13 front suspensino setup
as you turn, you need more camber to prevent positive camber with it

not as much as me, but you get hte point

the reason for mad camber is becuase its a VIP car....simple as that
no function, no advantage, thats it.
it looks cool
