For all you 96-00 civic owners, How is the ride with the Tein s. tech lowering springs? Is it real stiff? I have the eibach pro-kit but its not low enough and i want something new. I also have kyb struts. Or can you guys tell me about any other springs that you guys have had a good experience with?

A little stiffer then stock.
This may help you to find spring rates (http://www.clubcivic.com/board/showthread.php?t=68904)
higher number = stiffer spring

i run them on my car, they're ok... more comfort than performance imo. i have no complaints :)

Thanks man!!! Thats really useful. I'm gonna go with the Tein S. Tech cause they have the best spring rates. They lower it around 1.9"Front and 1.6"Back, it's gonna look hella better.

its gonna go a little lower than that, tein claims that they dont sag, but they do.

when im in my car, the tire is right at the fender gapwise.

I gotta 98 ek hatch w/ tein s. tech and rides like a champ. but didnt lower like they said it would. only the front looks noticeably lower. maybe cause of the stiffness of the springs
